We believe in scheduling a training program around your lifestyle not the other way around!  Our friendly and experienced coaches will provide training programmes that are tailored to address your strengths and improve your weaknesses.

Following initial contact with the team at KickStart Coaching we will get an insight into your lifestyle, goals, commitments and capabilities (preferably face to face but when not possible, via email or phone), working with you to develop a unique programme that caters specifically to your needs. 

You will have unlimited communication with your coach and your programme may include individual sessions, group sessions or one-on-one sessions with your coach.  We’ll make it work for you so that your goals can be realised.
